21C began in education, where the need for consistent, high-quality teaching support was impossible to ignore. What started as a response to real classroom pressures has grown into a broader mission: using technology well to make human expertise more accessible, more scalable, and more effective.

Where We Started
Education First
Our roots are in education. We saw the pressure caused by teacher absence, stretched resources, uneven access to specialist support, and too many learners losing confidence because the help they needed did not arrive in the right way or at the right time. 21C began with the ambition to widen access to excellent teaching and better learning experiences.
How We Grew
Beyond Education
As we built in education, we realised the same problem exists elsewhere. In every sector, people are expected to understand important information, complete learning, and act with confidence — yet delivery is often inconsistent, forgettable, or difficult to scale. That is why 21C has grown into a broader platform business.
